It's pretty likely you'll never have booked a wedding photographer before and you're absolutely not supposed to have all the answers or know how it all works.
This is why I'd love to tell you all about my wedding photography experience, the process and how it all works!
I think it's really important that you know what to expect at every stage of the booking process. What happens during the booking process, how it works on your wedding day and how your photos are delivered to you afterwards.

Let's Have a Chat
I really value communication and I think it's a great idea for us to have a chat before you book.
We can do this via email if you're busy, have a natter on the phone, chat over a video call or meet up for a drink in person if we're local.
I can answer any questions you have, we can get to know each other better and you can tell me all about this amazing wedding that you're planning!

Make it Official!
If we got on well and you think I'm the right wedding photographer for you- Woohoo! That's amazing!
I'll email you across my package proposal form where you choose which wedding photography package you'd like and add on any extras such as your second photographer, engagement shoot or albums.
Once you've read your contract you can sign it with an e-signature. I'll send your invoice where you can pay the £500 booking fee to secure your date permanently in my diary!

Arrange Your Engagement Session
Engagement sessions are the perfect way to celebrate this exciting milestone in your life. Not every couple will opt to have an engagement session but if you do, it's really beneficial.
They're a brilliant way to get used to my shooting and directing style so you're fully prepared for your wedding day. An engagement session gives you lovely photos to hang around your home and use on your wedding stationery!

Access Your Client Portal
You'll get access to your very own Client Portal when you're booked in with me. In your Portal are all of the documents you have with me, all in one place.
Your contract, invoice, and pricing brochure will be in there. Along with two crucial questionnaires. The first is an All-About-You questionnaire where you guys can reflect on your relationship and tell me all about you!
The second is a Timeline Questionnaire where you tell me where to go and when on your wedding day. It also covers your group photo list and any specific photos you would like to capture at your wedding day. This is the holy grail of your wedding photos and the one I'll bring with me on the day to make sure I don't miss anything!

Get Married!
The day is finally here! The day you get to marry the love of your life! Woohoo! You're so excited for your wedding day and so am I!
This is the main part of the Honeydew Moments Wedding Photography Experience. I'll arrive 1 hour and a half hours before your ceremony to capture the morning nerves and the prosecco flowing.
We'll have discussed everything in detail beforehand and I'll have a list of your group shots and must-have photos on me so nothing gets missed. All you need to do is relax, know that your memories will be perfectly documented and focus on having the most fun you've ever had!

Leave Your Legacy
After your wedding, I get to work on turning your photos into artwork which you'll want to frame on your wall. I aim to create a sneak preview for you in the days after your wedding. You'll then receive a surprise gift in the post before your entire wedding gallery is sent to you inbox within 8 weeks of your wedding date.
It's really important to me that your photos are printed and that you come away with something tangible which you can hand down to future generations. A Fine-Art Heirloom Album is the perfect way to do this. I work with you to create your perfect wedding album. You decide on the photos, I create the design and a professional UK based album maker will handcraft it for you and send it out.
