Syrencot Wedding for Childhood sweethearts
Meg and Tom’s love story started at a teenage party when they were just 14 and 15. Fast forward to Sunday and they finally tied the knot! Childhood sweethearts making it all the way to the altar!
The morning started with the girls in the Billiard Suite at Syrencot in light blue PJs before getting into their bridesmaid dresses. Meg got into her beautiful gown with the help of her mum in the master suite, and when her bridesmaids came in to see her the room filled with happy screams!
The weather kept us guessing. Sunshine one moment, torrential rain the next. But it dried up just in time for their Glasshouse ceremony. Their personal vows had everyone laughing, crying, and holding back tears. Truly some of the most heartfelt vows I’ve ever heard.
After their petal confetti exit, the garden party style drinks reception kicked off before moving into the Farmshed just as the skies opened again. Perfect timing for the most fantastic speeches.
And then came the magic… the rain cleared, roaming desserts appeared outside in the sunshine, and we got the most breathtaking sunset!
They opened the dance floor with their first dance and the party was absolutely epic from there.
Meg and Tom, thank you for having me, and thank you to all your friends and family for treating me like one of their own. What a wedding to remember!
