Jess and David chose to have their sunset autumn engagement pre-wedding session at a gorgeous park in Birmingham where they got engaged!
This was my first time at this stunning location. The park blew me away with how beautiful it was.
Jess and David met at a University party.
“We remember tipsily picking on each other for our local football teams. That night was followed by a rather sheepish Facebook message from Dave asking me on a date!”

The proposal came 5 years later after an amazing trip to the zoo!
“Dave took me to Dudley Zoo for an animal experience day! We fed sea lions and orangutans -which are my favorite animal. It was a brilliant experience. On the way home, he suggested we stop off at our favorite park for a quick walk. As we were walking through the woods he got down on one knee and popped the question. We celebrated with sushi later on that evening.”

The park was almost empty at sunset except for a few dog walkers. The leaves were crunchy underfoot and the whole place bathed in glowing sunset light.
This was such a beautiful sunset autumn engagement session. I can’t wait for their wedding at Dillington House in Somerset!
