I had such a great day capturing this Snelsmore Common engagement session.
Philly and Jamie met through Philly’s friend as Jamie is her friends brother. They knew each other in school and their love blossomed on a family holiday together. Fast forward a few years and Jamie proposes on a holiday in Crete!
They entered my competition to win a free engagement session with me and they won! The draw was at random but it worked out so well as they had already booked me for their wedding photography but hadn’t booked an engagement session. This meant that we got chance to practice shooting together before their big day!
We met for a drink at their beautiful wedding venue, The Elephant at Pangbourne, to discuss everything to do with their wedding. We also managed to have a peek into the hotels quirky bedrooms and wander the grounds for photography inspiration too.
They chose Snelsmore Common in Berkshire for their engagement session location. Snelsmore common is a country park on the western edge of Berkshire and it’s an amazing place with wild horses roaming freely and stunning heathland.
This Snelsmore Common Engagement Session was so much fun!
I really can’t wait for their wedding in June now!
